SKyPRO announces the SKyCOM Unified Communications application that integrates with Novell GroupWise to provide Voice over IP services for voice and messaging communications. SKyCOM delivers improved user productivity and convenience, while lowering communications costs for companies. SKyCOM increases user productivity by using the PC as the single interface for all communications. GroupWise integration enables the user to track all communications and use GroupWise as a simple CRM tool. SKyPRO will work with existing VoIP server hardware from vendors such as Cisco® or equally well with the Asterisk Open Source telephony server.
